Ordering and Payment
- All orders placed online or by phone are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices listed on the menu and website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
- Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
- Payment must be completed at the time of online ordering or upon pickup, depending on the option selected.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as ingredient unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
Pickup and Order Accuracy
- Orders are prepared for pickup at the time you select. We are not responsible for food quality if pickup is significantly delayed.
- Please inspect your order at pickup. If anything is incorrect or missing, notify our staff immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Standard orders may be cancelled before food preparation begins. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.
- Party tray and large group orders require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
- If you are unsatisfied with your order due to an error on our part, please contact us at (778) 471-7072 on the same day so we can make it right.
Allergies and Dietary Information
We handle a variety of ingredients, including seafood, gluten, soy, sesame, and other common allergens, in a shared kitchen. While we take care to prevent cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens.
Customers with severe allergies or dietary restrictions should contact us before placing an order.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including the Eden Bento Café name, logo, menu descriptions, photography, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Eden Bento Café or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.
